Hi,

I think the problems with Max 2010 x86 are fixed.
Please try InstantExport-13323.zip

What kind of problems do you have with the helpfile?
I have no problems with it on XP, Vista, Win 7.
Have you installed the Internet Explorer 8?

OK Max starts without error. THX
With the Help: Was IMO a Proxy problem, and the windows help needs a time to realize that I changed the settings ...

I resume the work of "wedge"  Cool

When trying to export an animated model, 3dsmax crashes.

Quote from: Application Error
An error has occurred and the application will now close.
No scene changes have occurred since your last save.

And then I have the possibility to send an error report to Autodesk.

This error appears always independent of the settings in the exporter. Even if I try to export without animation.

BTW: I have no clue, what to enter into the "Animation-Name" field.  Sad

What type of model you want export?
Only standard Models(editable Poly, etc.) without special modifiers and only standard Materials are supported.

If you wish, you can send me the model and I look where are the problems.
timo.sturm<at>igd.fraunhofer.de

You can enter everything you want into the "animation-name" field.
