Hi,

within X3Dom displacement mapping shaders are supported:

<CommonSurfaceShader displacementAxis='z' displacementFactor='20'>
  <SurfaceShaderTexture containerField='displacementTexture' >
    <ImageTexture url='myDisplTexture.png' origChannelCount='0'></ImageTexture>
  </SurfaceShaderTexture>
</CommonSurfaceShader>

This is not supported for InstantReality 2.3. Is support for IR planned?
