Hello, I am currently unable to run the Instant Reality player or programs like aopt.exe after installing on Windows 2008 R2. It seems to install okay (either x86 or x64 version), but when I try to run I get an error stating:

The program can't start because bthprops.cpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I gather that's a bluetooth control panel. Why would I need it, and how do I get around this issue?

Thanks for your help!

Are you using a virtual machine?

Yes, it is a VM, good question. Should that matter?

Yes, indeed, because here some special hardware driver interface are missing which are available in every normal machine. So, this file is not included in the package (a known problem). But it should work if you just copy this file from somewhere else...
