hello,
i wonder what is exactly meant by power-of-2 textures:
do the x /y  pixel values have to be  power- of two vales and at the same time
 y =2x?
(e.g. 256x512 )

greets

power of two textures have a size of power of two in each dimension:
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, etc..

they do not have to be square: i.e. 512x64 works, too.
